Service Description

Our truck is a Dominican Latin Fusion food truck, we serve staple Dominican dishes and create a fusion out of them with different types of cuisines such as Mexican, Puerto Rican, Asian ect. I’m the chef and owner of the food truck, worked in the kitchen since 16 but have been cooking since the age of 12. Prior to opening my own food truck I worked for Several Marriott and Hilton hotels in the northeast as sous chef, restaurant chef and executive chef for several of their hotels.
